What we fix

The whole machine. It won't turn on. It powers on but won't weld. The wire won't feed. There is no gas. It overheats, shows an error code, or has an unstable arc. We also service and clean machines before they stop.

Parts

If a part has to come from Hobart, we order it from the maker and fix your machine with it. Sometimes the problem is in the electronics. We try to repair it, and if we can't, we order the part.

How it goes

1. You call or send a request.
2. We come to you, anywhere within 100 miles of Charlotte. We tell you what's wrong in 2 business days of the machine arriving at our shop.
3. You say OK, then we fix it. The repair has a 6-month warranty on parts and labor.
