This page explains what we collect when you send a repair request, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you send a request, we collect what you enter: name, phone, email, company, machine brand and model, symptom, ZIP code or address of the machine, message and photos. Our web host keeps standard server logs.

How we use it

We use it to call you back, arrange a visit and repair your machine. We don't sell your information. We don't use advertising trackers on this site.

When you call us

A virtual assistant answers our phone and takes your details for a call back. It tells you at the start that the call may be recorded. We keep the recording, a written transcript and a summary so we can call you back and service your machine. We use phone and speech service providers to run the assistant and the phone line. They handle the call audio and text on our behalf.

How we count calls and requests

We count taps on the call button and sent requests with a small counter on our own server. It sets no cookies and sends nothing to third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep requests as long as we need them to service your machine and for our records.
