We come to you within 100 miles of Charlotte. We inspect the machine at your site. If it needs the bench, we take it to our shop and bring it back repaired.

How a visit works

You call or send a request. We agree on a time.
We inspect the machine at your site.
If it can be repaired on site, we tell you the options. Large equipment is repaired where it stands.
If it needs the bench, we take it to our shop. The diagnosis is ready within 2 business days of arrival.
You approve the repair. We repair, test and deliver the machine back to you.

76 to 100 miles	+ $150

The $250 diagnostic includes the visit within 50 miles. For 51 to 100 miles the fee above applies. If you go ahead with the repair, the visit and return delivery are included in your repair price.

If you decide not to repair after the diagnosis, you pay the $250 diagnostic plus any travel fee beyond 50 miles.

What we do on site and what we do at the shop

On site we look at the machine, test it and fix what can be fixed there. If it needs the bench, we take it to our shop.

Repair dates for large equipment

We give you a date after the on-site inspection. It depends on how complex the repair is and whether the supplier has the parts in stock.
