A $250 diagnostic, credited toward your repair. Free visit within 50 miles. A 6-month warranty on parts and labor.

We find what failed and send you the options. If you go ahead, the $250 is credited toward your repair. We don't start any work without your approval.

We come to you within 100 miles of Charlotte. If you go ahead with the repair, the visit is included in your repair price.

If you decide not to repair, you pay the $250 diagnostic plus any travel fee beyond 50 miles.

Repair price

We quote the repair after the diagnosis, based on what failed and what the part costs. Return delivery to you is included in the repair price.

Turnaround

For machines we take to our shop, the diagnosis is ready within 2 business days of arrival. Large equipment repaired on site gets a date after the inspection. It depends on the complexity of the repair and on whether the supplier has the parts.

Warranty: 6 months

The warranty covers parts and labor for 6 months after the repair. It does not apply if the machine is mechanically tampered with by the owner during the warranty period.
